MOUNTAIN VALLEYS RC&D ORGANIZED IN 1974 WITH THE PURPOSE OF BRIDGING PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS TO CONSERVE NATURAL RESOURCES AND SUPPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. WE WORK TO BUILD MORE RESILIENT COMMUNITIES AND LANDSCAPES THROUGH WATER MANAGEMENT, RENEWABLE ENERGY PRODUCTION, ENERGY EFFICIENCY, AGRICULTURE, AND BUILDING COMMUNITY WILDFIRE RESILIENCE.
