IMPROVING WATER QUALITY PROGRAMS - PROMOTE THE WISE USE OF WATERWAYS AND PROJECTS TO CLEAN UP WATERWAYS IN SURROUNDING AREAS.


COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT-DEMONSTRATIONS AND SEMINARS TO TEACH LOCAL FARMERS AND OTHERS THE IMPORTANCE OF STABILIZATION, RESTORATION, AND WATER QUALITY PROGRAMS AND THE PROCEDURES NECESSARY TO PUT THESE PROGRAMS IN PLACE.
