TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC GROWTH IN ROCKINGHAM COUNTY THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL SITES AND ADVERTISING EXISTING OPPORTUNITES FOR ECONOMIC INVESTMENT
ROCKATOP WORKS WITH THE LOCAL PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM CAREER DEVELOPMENT COUNSELORS AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE TO CONNECT STUDENTS WITH LOCAL INDUSTRY PARTNERS TO PROVIDE HIGH SCHOOL JUNIORS AND SENIORS TRAINING AND WORK EXPERIENCE ALONG WITH EDUCATION. THIS IS ALSO INTENDED TO HELP COMPANIES HAVE A PATHWAY TO NEW POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES.
