HOUSEHOLD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - ADFAC INC.S HAP PROGRAM PROVIDES AID TO FAMILIES IN URGENT NEED WITH BASIC SURVIVAL NECESSITIES SUCH AS RENT/MORTGAGE/UTILITIES ASSISTANCE AND PROVIDES COUNSELING THAT PROMOTES SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND RESPONSIBILITY. ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED BY CONTRIBUTIONS AND SUPPORT FROM INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS AS WELL AS LOCAL UTILITY COMPANIES AND GOVERNMENT GRANTS.
