THE PROVISION, USER SUPPORT, AND MAINTENANCE OF A SHARED CLIENT DATABASE TRACKING EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE SERVICES AND FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF MULTIPLE CORPORATE AND MUNICIPAL UTILITY ASSISTANCE FUNDS; THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE FEDERALLY FUNDED LIHEAP ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM; AND THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE FEDERALLY FUNDED LIHWAP WATER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.

MAINTAINED A COMPUTER DATABASE CONSISTING OF CLIENT SERVICE RECORDS TO ENABLE MORE THAN 300 AGENCY SITES TO TRACK AND SHARE CLIENT INFORMATION. THE SHARING OF DATA AVOIDS DUPLICATION OF SERVICES, OPTIMIZES LIMITED RESOURCES, AND PROVIDES STATISTICAL INFORMATION FOR AGENCY MANAGEMENT, FUNDERS, GOVERNMENTS, AND PUBLIC POLICY MAKERS. MORE THAN 300 AGENCY SITES PARTICIPATED BY ENTERING DATA REGARDING CLIENT SERVICES AND CASE MANAGEMENT.
ADMINISTERED SEVEN UTILITY ASSISTANCE FUNDS, AND FOUR EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE FUNDS USING THE DATABASE DESCRIBED ABOVE. ADMINISTRATION OF FUNDS INCLUDED MANAGING BANK ACCOUNTS; ALLOCATING CONTRIBUTED FUNDS TO SOME SIXTY PARTICIPATING AGENCIES; MONITORING DATA ENTRY FOR ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS; ENFORCING ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES; SERVING AS LIAISON BETWEEN UTILITY COMPANIES, AGENCIES, AND CLIENTS; AND PAYING BILLS ON BEHALF OF ELIGIBLE CLIENTS.
THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS A GRANT UTILITY ASSISTANCE FUND PROVIDED BY THE MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES. THE FUNDS ARE USED TO PROVIDE ENERGY ASSISTANCE TO LOW INCOME HOUSEHOLDS.
