THE CORPORATION HAS ENTERED INTO THE STANDARD FHA REGULATORY AGREEMENTS GOVERNING THE OPERATION OF THE COMMUNITY WITH THE FEDERAL HOUSING ADMINISTRATION SECTION OF HUD.
