PRIMARILY SUPPORTS CANDLER HOSPITAL, INC., A 307- BED, ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL IN SAVANNAH, GEORGIA, WHICH SERVICES A METROPOLITAN POPULATION BASE OF APPROXIMATELY 379,000 AND THE SURROUNDING COUNTIES. FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2021, CANDLER FOUNDATION RAISED FUNDS TOTALING 1,321,903 AND PROVIDED GRANTS OF 666,040 TO FURTHER THE TAX- EXEMPT PURPOSE OF CANDLER HOSPITAL AND 113,466 TO THE RELATED TAX-EXEMPT ENTITIES OF ST. JOSEPH'S/CANDLER HEALTH SYSTEM, INC.
