METHODIST HEALTHCARE COMMUNITY CARE ASSOCIATES (MHCCA) IS A PART OF THE METHODIST LE BONHEUR HEALTHCARE (MLH) FAMILY OF COMPANIES AND PARTICIPATES IN COMBINED COMMUNITY BENEFIT ACTIVITIES WITH OTHER MLH AFFILIATES. AS A SUBSIDIARY OF MLH, IT SERVES AS AN INTEGRAL COMPONENT OF THE METHODIST MISSION TO PROVIDE A HIGH QUALITY CONTINUUM OF CARE THROUGHOUT THE SERVICE AREA. PATIENTS ARE ABLE TO OBTAIN MEDICAL TREATMENT ON AN OUTPATIENT BASIS WITHOUT UTILIZING AN EMERGENCY ROOM OR OTHER HOSPITAL-BASED FACILITY.
