THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES SUPPORT TO LEE MEMORIAL HEALTH SYSTEMS AND CYPRESS COVE AT HEALTHPARK FLORIDA THROUGH GRANT FUNDING. DURING THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR, 500,000 WAS SPECIFICALLY AWARDED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL AT LMHS.
THIS LEASE SUPPORTS CYPRESS COVE AT HEALTHPARK FLORIDA, INC., AN ORGANIZATION RECOGNIZED TO BE DESCRIBED BY SECTION 501(C)(3) AND A PUBLIC CHARITY DESCRIBED BY SECTION 509(A)(2). THE LEASED PROPERTY IS ENTIRELY USED IN A MANNER SUBSTANTIALLY RELATED TO LHR'S CHARITABLE PURPOSES.

HOME CARE SERVICES INCLUDE HOME CARE AIDES AND NURSING SPECIALISTS TO PROVIDE A RANGE OF SERVICES FROM COMPANIONSHIP AND HOUSEKEEPING TO ONE-ON-ONE MEDICAL CARE. RENTAL REVENUES FOR LEHIGH ACRES WERE 50,760 WHERE THE PROPERTY RENTED WAS USED IN A MANNER SUBSTANTIALLY RELATED TO LHR'S CHARITABLE PURPOSES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO SUPPORTS CYPRESS COVE BY PLEDGING INVESTMENTS AS COLLATERAL FOR AN AVAILABLE LINE OF CREDIT.
