THE ALPHA DELTA PI FOUNDATION SUPPORTS THE EDUCATIONAL, LEADERSHIP, AND PHILANTHROPIC ENDEAVORS OF ALPHA DELTA PI SORORITY AND ITS MEMBERS BY PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES, AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO CHARITABLE INITIATIVES.

THE ALPHA DELTA PI FOUNDATION IS PROUD TO AWARD APPROXIMATELY 175 COMPETITIVE ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS ANNUALLY, TOTALING MORE THAN $320,000. SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNTS VARY, WITH AWARDS UP TO $5,000 AVAILABLE FOR UNDERGRADUATE, GRADUATE, AND CONTINUING EDUCATION STUDIES.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING WAS SUPPORTED THROUGH GRANTS PROVIDED BY THE ALPHA DELTA PI FOUNDATION, BENEFITTING CHAPTER MEMBERS, ADVISORS, AND ALUMNAE ATTENDING ADPI ACADEMY AND THE 173RD GRAND CONVENTION. ADDITIONALLY, RESOURCES WERE MADE AVAILABLE TO UNDERGRADUATE MEMBERS TO PROMOTE THE PREVENTION OF HAZING, SUPPORT MENTAL WELLNESS, AND ADDRESS CRITICAL ISSUES SUCH AS SEXUAL ASSAULT, BINGE DRINKING, BULLYING, AND HAZING.
THE CLASPED HANDS FUND GRANT OFFERS EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ALUMNAE EXPERIENCING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. THE AMOUNT OF EACH GRANT IS DETERMINED BASED ON INDIVIDUAL NEED AND CIRCUMSTANCES. DURING THE 2023-2024 FISCAL YEAR, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED SUPPORT FOR 14 ALUMNAE IN FINANCIAL DISTRESS.THE ABIGAIL DAVIS EMERGENCY GRANT FUND PROVIDES ONE-TIME GRANTS OF UP TO $3,500 TO COLLEGIATE MEMBERS FACING UNEXPECTED FINANCIAL CHALLENGES. THESE GRANTS MUST BE APPLIED TOWARD TUITION, BOOKS, OR FEES AND CANNOT BE USED FOR SORORITY DUES. IN 2023-2024, THE FOUNDATION AWARDED 3 EMERGENCY GRANTS TO UNDERGRADUATE MEMBERS, HELPING THEM CONTINUE THEIR EDUCATIONAL PURSUITS.
