THE PURPOSE OF ROTARY IS TO ENCOURAGE AND FOSTER THE IDEA OF SERVICE AS A BASIS OF WORTHY ENTERPRISE. THIS CHAPTER PROVIDES FUNDS TO HELP HUNDREDS OF NEGLECTED AND ABUSED CHILDREN, EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE FOR HUNDREDS OF STUDENTS AND OTHER COMMUNITY AND INTERNATIONAL CIVIC ENDEAVORS.
