CLINICAL PROGRAM:291 ADULTS AND 29 CHILDREN RECEIVED SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES IN FY23. AVERAGE LENGTH OF STAY IS 6 MONTHS FOR SINGLE RESIDENTS AND 7 MONTHS FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. 89% OF RESIDENTS MAINTAINED THEIR SOBRIETY AT DISCHARGE. 89% COMPLETED THE MAJORITY OF THE GOALS IN THEIR PERSON-CENTERED PLAN WHILE AT HOPE HAVEN. 60% OF RESIDENTS WHO EXITED THE PROGRAM TRANSITIONED TO STABLE HOUSING. .
VOCATIONAL TRAINING: HOPE HAVEN HAS RECENTLY EXPANDED THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE FOR JOB READINESS AND HOUSING PLACEMENT; THE DEPARTMENT IS STAFFED BY A LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER AND PEER SUPPORT SPECIALISTS. 82% OF RESIDENTS OBTAINED EMPLOYMENT AFTER COMPLETING VOCATIONAL TRAINING.
