THE PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO ACCEPT FUNDS FROM THE MEMBERS FOR LONG-TERM INVESTMENT AND TO PRODUCE SUFFICIENT INVESTMENT RETURNS TO PROVIDE CURRENT INCOME FOR DISTRIBUTION TO THE MEMBERS TO MEET THEIR CURRENT CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS WITH EXCESS INVESMENT RETURNS REINVESTED TO MEET FUTURE NEEDS AND TO DEVELOP AND MONITOR POLICIES AND STRATEGIES TO MAXIMIZE INVESTMENT RETURNS AND MINIMIZE INVESTMENT RISK.
