PROMOTING AND FOSTERING THE ECONOMIC SUCCESS OF SMALL BUSINESSES, INDUSTRY AND MANUFACTURING, EDUCATION PARTNERS, AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS IN CARROLL COUNTY THROUGH VARIOUS COUNCILS AND COMMITTEES, PROJECTS, EVENTS, AND SEMINARS. THE CHAMBER EXPERIENCED SIGNIFICANT GROWTH, ADDING 73 NEW MEMBERS AND MAINTAINING A 99% RETENTION RATE. THE CHAMBER RESUMED ALL IN-PERSON PROGRAMMING, ACHIEVING HIGHER PARTICIPATION POST-PANDEMIC IN THE VARIOUS PROGRAMS AND EVENTS. IN 2022, MORE THAN 1,000 CHAMBER MEMBERS ENGAGED IN IN-PERSON ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING 41 BUSINESS RIBBON CUTTINGS, THE ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT, AND 37 OTHER PROGRAMS/EVENTS.
