THE ORGANIZATION CARRIES OUT PROGRAMS OF THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA IN AND AROUND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA. THE PROGRAMS INCLUDE THE ESTABLISHMENT AND PROMOTION OF BOY SCOUT TROOPS AND THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SUMMER CAMPS FOR THE USE OF THE TROOP MEMBERS. OUR PROGRAM EXPERIENCED MEMBERSHIP GROWTH FOR THE THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR, SERVING 3,503 YOUTH OR A 1.83% INCREASE IN YOUTH SERVED COMPARED TO 2022. OUR PROGRAM SAW AN INCREASE IN CAMPING AND ACTIVITY PARTICIPATION IN 2023, INCLUDING A 15% INCREASE AT OUR ANNUAL CAMPING AND ACTIVITY EVENTS AND A 29% INCREASE IN SUMMER CAMP ATTENDANCE.
