CLEMSON COMMUNITY CARE IS ABLE TO ASSIST PERSONS IN DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES WITH NECESSITIES SUCH AS FOOD, SHELTER, AND UTILITIES AND TO HELP THEM TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND ADVOCACY. SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE: FOOD PANTRY ASSISTANCE, FOOD STAMP APPLICATION ASSISTANCE, HEATING/POWER ASSISTANCE, EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE, HOMELESS EMERGENCY SUPPORT, HOME REPAIR, PARENTING WORKSHOPS, AND FORECLOSURE CLINICS. DURING THE YEAR, CLEMSON COMMUNITY CARE SERVED OVER 3,900 FAMILIES, 10,000 INDIVIDUALS AND DISTRIBUTED OVER 300,000 POUNDS OF FOOD.
