TIDELANDS SUPPORTS THE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS THROUGH ITS JOINT VENTURE WITH GHS TRANSITIONAL CARE, LLC ("GHS"), A SOUTH CAROLINA NON-PROFIT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. AS TIDELANDS DID PRIOR TO THE AGREEMENT, THE JOINT VENTURE PROVIDES SERVICES TO PATIENTS REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY FOR THOSE SERVICES.
