AS THE REGION'S LARGEST INDEPENDENT NON-PROFIT PROVIDER OF END OF LIFE CARE, FOUR SEASONS PROVIDES THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF CARE TO PATIENTS AND FAMILIES IN THIRTEEN WESTERN NC COUNTIES. OUR SERVICE AREA FOR CARE NAVIGATION, PALLIATIVE CARE, HOSPICE CARE, AND GRIEF SERVICES INCLUDES: BUNCOMBE, CHEROKEE, CLAY, GRAHAM, HAYWOOD, HENDERSON, JACKSON, MACON, MADISON, POLK, RUTHERFORD, SWAIN, AND TRANSYLVANIA COUNTIES. OUR HOME CARE SERVICE AREA INCLUDES: BUNCOMBE, HENDERSON AND TRANSYLVANIA COUNTIES. IN FY23, FOUR SEASONS PROVIDED CARE TO 3,236 HOSPICE PATIENTS FOR A COMBINED TOTAL OF 203,181 DAYS OF CARE, WHICH EQUATES TO SERVING APPROX 557 HOSPICE PATIENTS EACH DAY.
