EDUCATING VOLUNTEERS ON ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY AND ENCOURAGING THEM TO BE INVOLVED AND SUBMIT FORMAL COMMENTS. SPECIFIC PROJECTS INCLUDED COMMENTS ON DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS ON PROPOSED NORTHERN CORRIDOR HIGHWAY AND LONG VALLEY ROAD.
