ENCORE CATERING - AN INTEGRAL COMPONENT OF CCSC IS ITS CATERING DIVISION. THE PURPOSE OF ENCORE CATERING IS TWOFOLD: TO GIVE CATERING EXPERIENCE TO OUR STUDENTS AND ALUMNI, AND TO RAISE FUNDS TO HELP SUPPORT THE SCHOOL. ENCORE PROVIDES AN IDEAL TRAINING GROUND, WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY GENERATING REVENUE.
