TO PROMOTE THE COMMON BUSINESS INTERESTS OF ITS MEMBERS, AND TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND SCOPE OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY MEMBERS AND OTHERS IN THE LEGAL AND PUBLIC POLICY INDUSTRY SECTORS.

MIDYEAR MEETING IN BERLIN, GERMANY AND ANNUAL MEETING IN NEW ORLEANS, LA: EACH MEETING HAD PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMING WITH A FOCUS ON BOTH LEGAL UPDATES ACROSS MULTIPLE AREAS OF LAW AS WELL AS BUSINESS OPERATIONS BEST PRACTICES (INCLUDING LAW FIRM LEADERSHIP, MENTORSHIP, DIVERSITY/EQUITY AND INCLUSION ACTIVITIES). BOTH MEETINGS WERE QUALIFIED FOR CONTINUED LEGAL EDUCATION (CLE) CREDIT.


MEMBER MEETINGS: THE PRIMARY GOAL OF MEMBER MEETINGS IS TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS AND TRUST AMONG MEMBERS. BY DOING SO, MEMBERS ARE BEST EQUIPPED TO SHARE BEST PRACTICES AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS. A SECOND GOAL IS TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR YOUNGER ATTORNEYS, DIVERSITY EQUITY AND INCLUSION EVENTS/ACTIVITIES, AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TECHNIQUES AND FIRM MANAGEMENT/OPERATIONS RESOURCES.


MARKETING: MARKETING INCLUDES THE WEBSITE, A PUBLIC RELATIONS PROGRAM, INDUSTRY SPONSORSHIPS. THE OBJECTIVE OF MARKETING IS TO CREATE AWARENESS FOR THE ORGANIZATION AMONG MEMBERS AND THEIR PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS.
