AVERAGE INSTALLED COST FOR THE RESIDENTIAL SYSTEMS BEFORE SUBSIDIES WAS $2.65/WATT, VERSUS THE LOCAL AVERAGE INSTALLED COST FOR SYSTEMS OF THE SAME TYPE OF APPROXIMATELY $3.05/WATT. 1 REDUCED-COST NONRESIDENTIAL RETROFIT GRID-TIED SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM INSTALLED FOR NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION, FOR A TOTAL OF 21.7 KILOWATTS OF NONRESIDENTIAL GENERATING CAPACITY. VOLUNTEER SKILL AND SAFETY TRAINING: 3 ONLINE TRAINING SESSIONS HELD FOR A TOTAL OF 152 NEW VOLUNTEERS ATTENDING, BRINGING THE TOTAL NUMBER OF TRAINED VOLUNTEERS TO 2980. 87 SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC INSTALLATIONS HELD, WITH 138 DIFFERENT INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATING ON AT LEAST ONE SOLAR INSTALLATION. 52 HEAT PUMP WATER HEATER INSTALLATIONS HELD, WITH 62 DIFFERENT INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATING ON AT LEAST ONE WATER HEATER INSTALLATION.
