TO ENABLE VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO ACHIEVE STABLE HOUSING, FINANCIAL SECURITY, AND A RENEWED SENSE OF COMMUNITY.

SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS IN FY23: 1. SUSTAINED OUR LONG-TERM HOUSING STABILITY RATE TO 66%, WHILE PROVIDING IN EXCESS OF 1.38M IN SUPPORT FOR OVER 364 FAMILY MEMBERS WITH HOUSING ASSISTANCE AND WRAP-AROUND SERVICES; 2. PROVIDED ESSENTIAL FOOD RESOURCES VALUED IN EXCESS OF 335K TO OVER 1,043 VETERAN AND NON-VETERAN CLIENTS THROUGH OUR COMMUNITY FOOD PANTRY, INCLUDING MAINTAINING HOME DELIVERY TO 2 NEEDY FAMILIES EACH MONTH; 3. COMMENCED CONSTRUCTION ON OUR NEW TRANSITIONAL HOUSING BUILDING, WHICH IS SCHEDULED TO BE COMPLETED BY JUNE 30, 2024. ONCE COMPLETE, IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT OUR OFFICE AND OPERATIONAL COMBINDED RENTAL EXPENSES WILL BE CUT BY CLOSE TO 150K ANNUALLY. 4. MAINTAINED AN OVERHEAD COST OF LESS THAN 10% DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENSURING THAT ESSENTIAL RESOURCES TO END HOMELESSNESS WERE PROVIDED BACK TO THE VETERAN FAMILIES WE SERVE.
