IN 2021, WOODLANDS COMPLETED MOST OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN 8-UNIT PROJECT IN TUCKER COUNTY AND A 3-UNIT PROJECT IN BARBOUR COUNTY. BOTH DEVELOPMENTS WERE DESIGNED TO ADDRESS WORKFORCE HOUSING SHORTFALLS IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. WE CLOSED ON FINANCING AND INITIATED CONSTRUCTION ON A 16-UNIT MIXED INCOME, MULTI-GENERATION AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT IN ELKINS. WORK WAS COMPLETED ON THE COMMERCIAL SPACE IN AN HISTORIC REHAB PROJECT IN DOWNTOWN BELINGTON.
