RESOURCE AND REFERRAL: THREE CHILDCARE RESOURCES AND REFERRAL PROGRAMS THAT MANAGE THE CHILDCARE SUBSIDY PROGRAM IN WV, LINK PARENTS WITH CHILDCARE OPTIONS, PROVIDE CONSUMER INFORMATION, OFFER TECHNICAL ASSISTANT AND TRAINING TO CHILDCARE PROVIDERS, AND INFORM PARENTS OF OTHER RESOURCES IN THEIR COMMUNITY. THESE PROGRAMS ARE FUNDED BY GRANTS FROM THE WV DHHR, BUREAU FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.
TRAINING, CONNECTIONS, AND RESOURCES: A STATEWIDE PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE EARLY CARE AND EDUCATION COMMUNITY THROUGH AN EXTENSIVE NETWORK OF INFORMATION, TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, RESOURCES, AND COLLABORATION.
