THE PURPOSE OF THIS DISTRICT SHALL BE TO IMPROVE THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE INSTITUTE AFFAIRS, PROVIDE MEMBER REPRESENATION ON INTERNATIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTION, CONDUCT AN ANNUAL MEETING FOR THE INTERCHANGE OF TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION, PROVIDE A REGIONAL CONDUIT FOR FLOW OF INFORMATION, AND PROVIDE AN OPPORTURNITY FOR MEMBERSHIP PARTICIPATION IN INSTITUTE AFFAIRS.
