SCHOLARSHIPS TO INDIVIDUALS ARE MADE BASED ON AN APPROVED PROCESS INVOLVING SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEES. THERE WERE 72 SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED IN FY 23.
