WE CREATE ORIGINAL, THOUGHT-PROVOKING EXHIBITIONS THROUGH WHICH VISITORS APPRECIATE THE PRESENCE OF ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN THROUGHOUT THEIR DAILY LIVES AND REALIZE THAT EACH OF US HAS A ROLE IN DESIGNING OUR WORLD.THROUGH LECTURES AND PROGRAMMING, WE EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON THE IMPORTANCE OF DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE IN THEIR DAILY LIVES AND ILLUSTRATE HOW ALL WHO EXPERIENCE GOOD DESIGN ARE ELEVATED BY IT. BY CHALLENGING VISTORS TO FIND INSPIRATION IN VIRGINIA'S HERITAGE OF GREAT DESIGN, THEY ARE BETTER PREPARED TO DESIGN OUR FUTURE.WE WELCOME ADULTS AND STUDENTS INTO OUR EXHIBITIONS, TOURS, AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, HELPING THEM UNDERSTAND DESIGN AND ITS POWER TO TRANSFORM THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE.
