WE BELIEVE THAT ALL RESIDENTS DESERVE SAFE AND AFFORDABLE HOSUING. WE BELIEVE THAT WE NEED TO EXPAND THE UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT AFFORDABLE HOUSING IS/MEANS IN POWHATAN.
