WOMEN'S BUSINESS CENTER (WBC): PROVIDES BUSINESS COUNSELING, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES TO WOMEN IN BUSINESS AND THOSE CONSIDERING STARTING A BUSINESS. DONATED SERVICES TO THE CENTER TOTALED $47,778.
