SESSIONS FOCUSED ON MANAGING & LEADING STRATEGY, LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT SELF-AWARENESS, INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP, ETHICAL LEADERSHIP, TEAM BUILDING, NEGOTIATIONS, LEADING & MANAGING CHANGE, & INDUSTRY UPDATES. THE EDGE (EDUCATION, DEVELOPMENT, GROWTH, & ENRICHMENT) PROGRAM WAS HELD AT MERCER UNIVERSITY IN ATLANTA WITH 88 PARTICIPANTS FROM 13 AFSA MEMBER COMPANIES. MONEYSKILL - AN ONLINE PERSONAL FINANCE COURSE WITH 37 MODULES IN ENGLISH & SPANISH, EDUCATES STUDENTS ON THE MONEY-MANAGEMENT FUNDAMENTALS & IS AVAILABLE TO EDUCATORS AT NO COST. THE CURRICULUM INCLUDES CONTENT AREAS OF INCOME, EXPENSES, SAVINGS & INVESTMENT, CREDIT & INSURANCE, & MORE. THE CURRICULUM IS DESIGNED TO BE PART OF A PERSONAL FINANCE COURSE FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL, HIGH SCHOOL, COLLEGE, & BEYOND.
