TO QUALIFY, FAMILY PARTNERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE EDUCATIONAL COURSES, BOTH PRE AND POST-PURCHASE, AS WELL AS VOLUNTEER SERVICE FOR HOMEOWNERSHIP. FOR THEIR HARD WORK AND EFFORTS, FAMILY PARTNERS ARE REWARDED WITH A ZERO-INTEREST MORTGAGE LOAN.
