IDENTIFIES, CULTIVATES AND SOLICITS DONORS IN ORDER TO RAISE FUNDS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE PARAMOUNT'S VARIOUS CAPITAL CAMPAIGNS, WHICH FUNDS THE IMPROVEMENTS AND MAINTENANCE OF THE HISTORIC FACILITY. THE FOUNDATION CONTINUES TO BE AWARE AND MINDFUL OF THE PARAMOUNT THEATER OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, INC.'S THEATER OPERATIONS AS WELL AS SHORT OR LONG-TERM FINANCIAL NEEDS.
