PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS: SINCE ITS INCEPTION THE ORGANIZATION HAS ASSISTED IN THE COMPLETED DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF THREE LOW INCOME HOUSING PROJECT WITH 316 UNITS AND OVER 500 TENANTS. THE ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF LOW INCOME HOUSING PROJECTS AND HAS BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR A. SPECIAL NEEDS OF LOW INCOME FAMILIES AND HOW THEIR NEEDS CAN BEST BE SERVED IN A COST-EFFECTIVE MANNER. B. COORDINATION WITH LOCAL SERVICE AGENCIES INCLUDING HOUSING AUTHORITIES, WELFARE AND SOCIAL SERVICES DEPARTMENTS, CHURCHES AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS. C. OBTAINING INFORMATION FROM LOW INCOME HOUSING TENANTS AS TO SERVICES THAT MIGHT BE PROVIDED BY THE PROJECT. D. ORGANIZATION OF RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN RESIDING IN THE PROJECTS.
