Part 3 - Line 4a

VICTIM SERVICES INCLUDES DOMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIM SUPPORT INCLUDING AN AREA SHELTER FOR BATTERED WOMEN AND ASSISTANCE FOR VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. ALSO, A CHILDREN'S CENTER PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE VICTIMS OF ABUSE. INCLUDES FOOD, SHELTER, AND CLOTHING FOR INDIGENTS.


HEALTH SERVICES INCLUDES A RURAL HEALTH CLINIC WITH SPECIAL TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION FACILITIES FOR COAL MINERS WITH RESPIRATORY AILMENTS. INDIGENT MEDICAL CARE IS ALSO PROVIDED AT THE HEALTH CLINIC AND SCHOOLS.
