THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE HBAV EDUCATION FOUNDATION SHALL BE TO ADVANCE BUILDING INDUSTRY EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES AND LABOR FORCE IN VIRGINIA. THE ORGANIZATION WILL WORK WITH LOCAL HBA'S, SCHOOL SYSTEMS IN VIRGINIA, COMMUNITY COLLEGES, UNIVERSITIES, AND OTHER SIMILAR INSTITUTIONS OF LEARNING BY PROVIDING GRANT FUNDING THAT WOULD WORK TOWARDS THE FOUNDATION'S OBJECTIVES. THE HBAV EDUCATION FOUNDATION MAY HOLD EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS THAT ALIGN WITH THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE.
