TO ADDRESS THE OVERWHELMING STUDENT DEBT FACED BY ALL TOO MANY OF THE YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN ATTENDING HISTORICALLY BLACK COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES BY PROVIDING A STUDENT-CENTRIC FUNDING SOURCE FOR EDUCATION COSTS AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO HIGH-INTEREST LOANS.
