THE ANNUAL CONVENTION IS HELD TO KEEP MEMBERS ABREAST OF INDUSTRY RELATED MATTERS AND TO ELECT THE NEW BOARD; AND THE BOARD MEETS TO DISCUSS THE DIRECTION AND INTERESTS OF THE ASSOCIATION.
