PORTLAND CEMENT ASSOCIATION (PCA) IS A VOLUNTARY ASSOCIATION WHOSE MEMEBERSHIP IS COMPRISED OF CEMENT COMPANIES. PCA PROVIDES TECHNICAL RESOURCES, PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL, MARKET RESEARCH, PUBLIC AFFAIRS AND CODE WORK, EDUCATION AND TRAINING RELATED TO THE CONCRETE INDUSTRY AND ITS MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS.
PCA'S PUBLICATIONS AND DESIGN AIDS MAKE IT EASIER TO BUILD WITH CONCRETE AND INCLUDE THE LATEST INFORMATION ON QUALITY.
