ENFORCEMENT: IN FY2023, SOLICITED APPROXIMATELY 12,000 LEADS FROM THE PUBLIC CONCERNING POSSIBLE ILLEGAL USES OF SOFTWARE BY COMPANIES; DIRECTED APPROXIMATELY 3,500 END-USER ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS SEEKING TO END THE ILLEGAL USE OF UNLICENSED SOFTWARE BY COMPANIES; TOOK DOWN APPROXIMATELY 118,000 WEBPAGES HOSTING INFRINGING CONTENT ON CYBERLOCKERS, FILE- SHARING SITES, AND DIRECT DOWNLOAD (DD) SITES; WORKED WITH MARKETPLACE AND AUCTION SITES TO TAKE DOWN MORE THAN 38,000 LISTINGS OFFERING INFRINGING SOFTWARE PRODUCTS.
