NBWA ALSO ADVOCATES ON ISSUES REGARDING TODAY'S INDEPENDENT BEER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND STATE-BASED ALCOHOL REGULATION, A SYSTEM WHICH BALANCES PUBLIC HEALTH CONCERNS WITH ROBUST MARKETPLACE COMPETITION.
