EDUCATION AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE COMPANIES AND THEIR EMPLOYEES2. THE PLUMBING-HEATING-COOLING CONTRACTORS-NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OFFERS MEMBERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENROLL IN THREE ENHANCED SERVICE GROUPS-CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS' ALLIANCE (CCA), QUALITY SERVICE CONTRACTORS (QSC) AND THE UNION-AFFILIATED CONTRACTORS (UAC)-THAT MEET THE SPECIALIZED, GROWING NEEDS OF OUR MEMBERS. 1. THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS' ALLIANCE (CCA) HELPS NEW CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS SOLVE THE VERY SPECIFIC CHALLENGES THEY FACE. CCA'S PROGRAMS AND SERVICES ARE TARGETED TOWARD PHCC CONTRACTORS SPECIALIZING IN RESIDENTIAL, INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. 2. QSC WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1994 FOR THOSE CONTRACTORS IN THE SERVICE AND REPAIR INDUSTRY LOOKING TO ADVANCE TO THE NEXT LEVEL. QSC ENHANCES BOTH THE INDUSTRY AND OUR MEMBERS' REPUTATION BY ORIGINATING AND DELIVERING TIMELY AND LIVELY PROFESSIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS.3. UAC WAS ESTABLISHED TO REPRESENT A UNIFIED VOICE FOR THE UNION CONTRACTORS WITHIN PHCC TO MAKE SURE THEIR SPECIAL NEEDS AND CONCERNS ARE REPRESENTED. UAC WORKS TO MAINTAIN AND NURTURE A WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE UNITED ASSOCIATION AND PROVIDE ITS MEMBERS WITH NEW UP-TO-DATE NATIONAL LABOR AGREEMENTS AND TRAINING PROGRAMS.
CONVENTION & BUSINESS MEETINGS - THE ANNUAL CONVENTION PROVIDES COMPANIES AND INDIVIDUALS AN OPPORTUNITY TO NETWORK AND ATTEND EDUCATION AND BUSINESS SESSIONS. THE EVENT PROVIDES A CONDUCIVE ATMOSPHERE FOR THE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS, NEW INNOVATIONS AND SHARING OF INFORMATION AMONG CONTRACTORS, MANUFACTURERS, SUPPLIERS AND OTHER INDUSTRY PARTNERS.
