INDUSTRY AFFAIRS: ASHA COLLECTS AND DISSEMINATES A WEALTH OF DATA AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE FULL SPECTRUM OF SENIORS HOUSING PROPERTY TYPES, INCLUDING INFORMATION ABOUT SENIOR CONSUMERS AND THOSE EMPLOYED BY SENIORS HOUSING ORGANIZATIONS.
MEMBER SERVICES
GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS: ASHA IS FOCUSED ON REPRESENTING THE INTERESTS OF COMPANIES THAT DEVELOP, FINANCE, AND OPERATE SENIORS HOUSING. ASHA'S ACTIVE ADVOCACY PARTICIPATION RELATES PRIMARILY TO FEDERAL MATTERS, THOUGH THE ASSOCIATION CAREFULLY MONITORS STATE POLICY AND, AT TIMES, INVOLVES ITSELF IN STATE-RELATED ADVOCACY.
MEETINGS: ASHA MEMBERS CAN PARTICIPATE IN MEETINGS THAT ARE HELD IN THE WINTER AND SUMMER; A SPECIAL MEETING IS HELD FOR THE ASSOCIATION'S EXECUTIVE BOARD EACH FALL.
