THE CENTER PROVIDES THE COMMUNITY WITH DIVERSE PERFORMING ARTS PROGRAMS, FREE GALLERY EXHIBITIONS AND QUALITY ARTS EDUCATION EXPERIENCES FOR ALL AGES.

DURING FISCAL YEAR 2022, BLACKROCK OPERATED ITS UPCOUNTY HUB WHICH PROVIDED FOOD AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS TO RESIDENTS IN NEED IN THE NORTHERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MARYLAND AREA. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2022, BLACKROCK PROVIDED ASSISTANCE TO APPROXIMATELY 1200 FAMILIES PER WEEK.
