THE ASSOCIATION PARTICIPATES IN REGULATORY HEARINGS AFFECTING THE MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER INDUSTRY IN MARYLAND. IT REVIEWS, COMMENTS ON AND CONDUCTS SCIENTIFIC TESTS AND STUDIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFICALLY SOUND WATER QUALITY STANDARDS FOR MARYLAND.
