THE RFGSA CONDUCTS 2 TYPES OF FEDERAL COMPLIANCE SURVEYS TO SATISFY PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE FUEL REGULATORY STREAMLINING RULES. FOR THE NFSP, THE SURVEY PROVIDES A STATISTICAL NATIONAL ESTIMATE OF THE ANNUAL FUEL QUALITY PROVIDED AT RETAIL SERVICE STATIONS IN THE U.S. FOR NSTOP, THE SURVEY MONITORS AND PROVIDES OVERSIGHT TO ENSURE THE PROPER FUEL SAMPLING PROCEDURES ARE FOLLOWED AND THE REQUIRED TESTING OF THE SAMPLES IS DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS AT ALL REGISTERED GASOLINE MANUFACTURING FACILITIES THROUGHOUT THE U.S.
