COUNCIL OF COUNCILS - THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR THE GLOBAL FEDERATION OF COMPETITIVENESS COUNCILS, A SECTION 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION WITH A MISSION TO MEET THE CHALLENGES IN THE GLOBAL ECONOMIC LANDSCAPE, TO IDENTIFY AND SUPPORT POLICIES AND PROGRAMS TO STIMULATE ECONOMIC GROWTH, AND FOSTER INNOVATION AND STRENGHTEN NATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS;
