TO CONDUCT RESEARCH AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS ON PUBLIC ISSUES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC, INDUSTRY, AND STATE GOVERNMENT LEADERS. TO SUPPORT OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT FURTHER THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION.

ISSUES & MEDIA: THE ORGANIZATION CREATED MEDIA PROGRAMS TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON ISSUES. THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINED ITS WEBSITE TOOLS TO EDUCATE STATE LEADERS AND THE PUBLIC ON BALLOT INITIATIVES, REDISTRICTING, ECONOMIC PROSPERITY, EDUCATION REFORM, ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT, FEDERAL OVERREACH, HEALTHCARE, LABOR REFORM, TECHNOLOGY, AND TORT REFORM. SEVERAL MEDIA PROGRAMS WERE CONDUCTED ACROSS MULTIPLE STATES TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON VARIOUS ISSUES OF PUBLIC POLICY. THEY INCLUDED BOTH PAID ADVERTISEMENTS AND COMMUNICATIONS OUTREACH. AMOUNTS INCLUDE ALLOCABLE STAFF AND CONSULTANT TIME.
