THE FNINR WAS CREATED IN 1993 TO SUPPORT AND PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF NURSING RESEARCH. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH HOSTING EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS FOR NURSING RESEARCHERS AND THE CONGRESSIONAL COMMUNITY. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO HOSTS AN ANNUAL FUNDRAISING EVENT.
