THE FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED TO ADVANCE THE HEALTH AND WELL BEING OF THE PEOPLE OF WESTERN GREATER CLEVELAND AND TO ASSIST AREA AGENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THOSE EFFORTS. IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, THE FOUNDATION HAS MADE VARIOUS GRANTS TO BOTH SECTION 501(C)(3) RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, AND VARIOUS TAX EXEMPT COMMUNITY AGENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS LOCATED THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES.
